Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Allied Will Consulting operates this website and DebtFreeDeem, our consumer financial education and media brand. This notice explains how information is used when you inquire about services, subscribe to The Wealth Build, or book a session.

Information you provide

Consulting and speaking inquiries collect your name, email address, your business needs or event details, and your business or organization name where relevant. Newsletter signup collects your email address and subscription preferences. Booking and payment services collect the information needed to schedule and process your appointment. Please do not put account numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive financial records in website forms.

Financial education and review information

A Freedom Plan Review may involve discussing income, expenses, debts, savings, and financial goals. Please use approximate summaries relevant to the conversation. Do not submit bank statements, credit reports, account credentials, Social Security numbers, government identification, or payment card information through general website forms or email. The website does not currently offer a document-upload intake portal. If records become necessary, contact us first so the submission method and purpose can be agreed before sending them.

How we use information

We use inquiries to respond, discuss your needs, and administer services. Newsletter details are used to send the updates and related offers described at signup. Submitting an inquiry or purchasing a session does not by itself subscribe you to the newsletter. Confirmed newsletter subscribers can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Services that process information

The website is hosted by Bluehost and uses WordPress and Fluent Forms for consulting and speaking inquiries. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database and sent to our Google Workspace business inbox for follow-up. Business email and appointment scheduling use Google Workspace. MailerLite processes newsletter subscriptions, confirmation emails, and newsletter delivery. Stripe processes payments through Google Calendar booking. These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Card entry takes place in the payment provider’s checkout, rather than the website inquiry form.

What our providers receive

  • Bluehost and WordPress: website content, inquiry submissions, and technical information needed to host, operate, and protect the site. Fluent Forms stores submitted inquiry fields within WordPress.
  • Google Workspace: business correspondence, inquiry notifications, contact information, appointment details, and any service-related information you choose to share in correspondence or meetings.
  • MailerLite: subscriber email addresses, confirmation and unsubscribe records, preferences, and email engagement information.
  • Stripe and Google Calendar: booking, payment, and transaction information needed for paid appointments. Stripe handles payment-card processing.
  • Google Analytics: technical and website interaction information after you allow homepage analytics; our custom events exclude inquiry text, names, and email addresses.

Technical information and email tracking

The website and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and logs for operation, security, and spam prevention. Newsletter services record subscription and unsubscribe activity; emails may also use open and click tracking to help assess readership. External booking pages and any embedded third-party content have their own data practices. Browser controls can limit cookies, but some features may not function as expected.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics” in the homepage footer or the preferences section on this page. If allowed, it measures page use, audience-path and booking-link clicks, resource download clicks, newsletter requests, and successful inquiries. These events do not include your name, email address, or inquiry text. A booking click is not recorded as a purchase. Campaign labels may help us understand how visitors found the site; please do not place personal information in campaign links.

Google may process technical information such as device/browser details, IP-derived approximate location, cookies, and usage events. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our setup. You can turn analytics off using “Keep analytics off” in the homepage footer or on this page; the choice is saved in this browser. Turning it off stops future measurement from this implementation and clears its Analytics cookies where accessible, but does not automatically delete data already processed. Forms, downloads, and booking remain available. Third-party newsletter and booking services have their own practices described above.

Your analytics choice

Optional Google Analytics is used on our homepage only after you allow it. This policy page does not load Google Analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser and also applies when you return to the homepage. Forms, downloads, and booking remain available either way.

How long information is kept

We keep information as needed for correspondence, service administration, subscription management, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Unsubscribing stops marketing delivery; suppression records may be kept to honor that choice. Inquiry and service records are retained according to the status of your request, ongoing work, follow-up needs, and contractual or recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter information is retained while needed to manage your subscription; limited suppression information may remain after unsubscribe to honor that choice. Booking and transaction records depend on service administration, accounting, refund, dispute, and legal requirements. Technical logs, backups, and provider-held records follow the applicable service settings and operational needs. A deletion request may not immediately remove records from backups or records a provider must retain.

Your privacy choices and requests

Contact us to request access to information associated with you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or ask how information is used. We may need to verify your identity before providing records or making changes. Please describe your request without emailing identity documents or account credentials. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply, including rights concerning certain processing or opt-outs. We will handle applicable requests under relevant legal requirements; some information may need to remain for contractual, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Newsletter unsubscribe and analytics preferences are separate choices.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

Future courses and community

Member accounts, premium courses, and community features are planned and are not currently available through this website. We will update this notice to explain any additional information collected and related choices before introducing those features.
